The first article was from a few days before I announced my intentions to run for city council in 2011 . The #unemployment rate was reported to be 16.8%. And the second news report was from a few days ago. And it is with great pleasure I report it has been lowered to 10.3%! Close to being in the single digits for the first time in a long time!!
