I've been doing a lot of thinking and I have decided to stop Weight Watchers and switch to basic calorie counting. I may end up coming back to Weight Watchers, but for now I think my money would be best used on a gym membership. I didn't have any major issues with WW, I have just decided to use the $20 a month towards a gym membership. I really want to take some group fitness classes and I think it would benefit me most right now to sign up for a gym membership. I'll be using MyFitnessPal for tracking my food.
