❝ how did you get in here ? ❞ gavin had momentarily stepped out of his office in order to grab himself a cup of tea. he’d been working on his plan for his next solo job and had desperately needed a break. he’d half been hoping one of the other lads had been in the communal area, playing xbox or something so he had an excuse to join them. alas, there was no such luck and instead he was greeted to the smug mug of gideon.

gavin looked about, as if trying to determine whether or not someone had granted gideon access. maybe he had a meeting with geoff, gavin didn’t know but gavin couldn’t see anyone else. ❝ or better yet why are you here ? ❞

“It’s called a door. Even someone like you might have heard of it.” The older man started simply, actually amused by the brit’s reaction to his presence. “And if you must know, which isn’t any of your business by the way, but I have a meeting with Mr. Ramsey. Seems the both of us are having... problems with a certain bunch of pests.” Typical of new gangs really, thinking that they were the big stuff and Gideon was more than generous enough to leave them alone because they might prove to be useful later on.

Then they started getting a little too big for their britches and the moment they went against both him and the Fakes, then they needed to be put back into their place. “I might be a bit early or your boss might be a bit late, but I don’t mind the wait, unlike someone.”

Gideon observed the counselor, the man was cheerful enough and considering that he was running the camp along with only one other counselor to help, the crime lord decided to keep him on the payroll. It would save him the hassle of finding new counselors.

“It’s great to meet you too, I’ve heard a lot about you and Gwen.” Whom he has yet to meet, but it’ll happen soon enough he imagined. “We got a lot of stuff to talk about, David, but first I want to get a look at this place, so why don’t you show me around?” The Quartermaster didn’t send much, but from what he managed to saw, this camp might proved to be a useful place for possible money laundering or other business.
