Ok whoever is responsible for this, clearly did not think this through. How the hell am I supposed to feed when all my plasma bags think Iâm a woman and now Iâm a man?
YeahâŠitâs not ideal for our kind is it.
Iâm going to starve...
Ok whoever is responsible for this, clearly did not think this through. How the hell am I supposed to feed when all my plasma bags think Iâm a woman and now Iâm a man?
Still looking good, though, Ada.
And who exactly are you?

âWho says that murderâs not an art?â

âJust because I wonât burst into flames at sun up, doesnât mean you can come knocking on my door this early. What?â
âSorry, Iâm just a tad bit lost. I was looking for my project partnerâs dorm, but havenât been having the best of luck. Like I said, sorry to bother you.â
âWell. Seeing as youâre in the vampiresâ dormitories, Youâre probably not going to find them. Try coming back, I don't know. When opening the door wouldn't be a hazard to their survival?â
âJust because I won't burst into flames at sun up, doesnât mean you can come knocking on my door this early. What?â
crimson-rose-ada:
âThat sounds fantasticâ, she said with a little bit of hope creeping up on her. âBut there is one little thing, heâs a warlock. An old one. Will it work on him or is his magic going to be a problem?â
âHm, that might pose a problem yes. Itâs more so his age that stands in the way. He may have certain experience in shielding himself from spells like this,â she explains, sighing to herself. Perhaps other methods, non magical methods, would be better suited. âMaybe you should try talking to himâŠâ
âYeahâ, she said bitting her lip. âAbout that.â Adaâs voice trailed off as she looked at the younger warlock. âIâm kinda worried to try the whole talking thing. Immortals can kinda hold a grudge forever, if you catch my drift.â

Was this the wrong way to fix things with Minho? Probably. But it was the only thing she could really think of that could possibly work. Heâs been so upset, so insulted, that sheâd mistaken intimacy with him as a casual thing. And now knowing that there was even a possibility of something more, made her feel awful for not realizing it sooner.
âYou seeâ, she began looking at the floor trying to figure out what it was that she truly needed. âA friend of mine and I had a bit of a falling out. Things were misinterpreted, words were said, feelings were hurts, and I was just looking for something that might help smooth things over. Maybe a love potion, or even one to effect his memory.â
A love potion? Well this just got even more interesting by the second. Aika sat down cross-legged on her bed and hummed in thought, wondering what would be the best approach.âI think a memory spell would be more effective. Forget it ever happened then you have a clean slate,â she grins, summoning her spell-book and tracing her fingertips over the patterns decorating it. She then leafed through the pages, eventually finding something suitable for the other student.Â
âA memory wipe serum, You put it in their food, state what you want them to forget, then replace the memory with what you desire. Howâs that sound?â
âThat sounds fantasticâ, she said with a little bit of hope creeping up on her. âBut there is one little thing, heâs a warlock. An old one. Will it work on him or is his magic going to be a problem?â

âWell itâs not exactly a glamor potion I need. I can up the vials for blood for your trouble.â
âHm? Oh well what was it that you needed?â The warlock asked gently, a little puzzled as to what could be so important as to offer such a rare commodity as payment.

âNot when I was marriedâ, she said shaking her head . âBut after. When he died, and I was all alone. Why didnât you tell me then? A-and even if I was marriedâŠâ
She trailed off as her already raspy voice crackled. Ada had loved Patrick, with all of her heart. He was her one and only, but maybe that was because she was told that was the way it was going to be. Patrick had his flaws, he wasnât the most well recepted man and that was why he needed Ada. She was the grace and kindness that he lacked, but that hadnât made him a bad man, just coarse.
âYou blame me for shutting myself off to everyone, but no one ever gave me a reason not to.â
"Well,â Minho started, as though the answer to her inquiry was the most obvious in the world. "I couldnât very well be like âI know that your husband just got slaughtered, Ada, but hey listen, Iâm kind of in love with you.â What would that make me sound like?â A dick. That was what it would make him sound like.
"You shouldnât have to have a reason not to shut yourself off from people. You should want to stay open for yourself. For the way that love can make you feel. But if youâre content with subjugates and meaningless sex in your life, then who am I to stop you?â
âThatâs all I thought there wasâ, she said loudly nearly interrupted him.  Turning away from him, the woman began to pace along the length of the room. âIt wasnât just Patrick I lost, Minho. It was my family. My son. My daughter. My best friend, and my husband was all gone all at once. You donât know that kind of love, that kind of loss. If you ask me, closing my heart off to the idea of love was something I didnât think Iâd ever regret. Not until you...â
Her voice had faded off, the raspiness causing her voice to break with emotion once more. Sheâd never thought sheâd love again, or even want to  after everything was taken from her. But now with his confession she felt, confused. Ada stopped and ran her fingers though her chestnut locks, wanting to do what she did best, run for the hills. However, Minhoâs words still cut her, making part of her want to prove him wrong.
crimson-rose-ada:
âWill a few vials of daylighter blood suffice?â
âOh, now youâve got my attention. Come in,â she smiled, her tune changing at the offer of the rare blood samples.Â
âNow, do you have any preference as to your glamour appearance?â
âWell itâs not exactly a glamor potion I need. I can up the vials for blood for your trouble.â
