So, last night I did my own spice mix for chicken and peppers in a Fajita. Worked out well so I went and mixed up another batch and put it in a little bottle I have a few of sitting around. I had intended for the bottles to hold dried herbs, but haven't been growing them. The other bottle I went and dumped the special seasoning packets in that I get from Papa John's. Gonna try and figure out what goes into them so I can make a batch of my own. Only clues I have are a packets ingredient list saying soybean oil, dehydrated onion, parsley, spices, and extracts of Paprika. Not a lot to go on at all.
