Greetings, I think I have decided on a format to try. 

Using forums to run the campaign, so there isn't the issue of trying to coordinate people with varying schedules across multiple timezone to agree on a single time to get together online.  It would allow me to also run single person sessions with more ease.

I know it's been a bit of a start and stop with things, and that is mostly my fault, due to changing jobs and work scheduling. As I now have a job that I don't intend on changing anytime soon, I know my schedule and what I have time for.

My work schedule has left little to no time for me to organize, let alone run, any sessions.  The format of Dungeons and Dragons is too time consuming for me to play it that way. 

I'm not giving up on this, but I'm thinking there has to be a better way.

I'd be willing to give someone else the reigns for DMing DnD style games, if they'd be willing to follow the established history of my world. They'd be able to contact me when they plan out their sessions for world information and things like that.

But I've also been talking with some people about the possibility of doing a format that requires me to be present less, and simply police the player's in what is and isn't allowed or right in a world.  Sort of like an RP.  There'd still be a story, and random occurrences, but they'd be determined less by random dice rolls, and more by me (or one of the moderators I'll undoubtedly need)

As in, the world would be more or less open for you to try and do what you want, and me, or a moderator, would decide what happens in your story, or answer any questions you had about the world.  Their currency, politics, anything you'd need to make decisions in game.  

I'm still drafting some basic rules, once I get some of those out, and how/where it'd be played at/on, I'll be sure to post them here.

I'm still working on the group sessions. They are still a thing. But I'm also considering opening up solo sessions, to help people learn the world and write characters in the world. If interested, let me know.

As for other people, I've started a new job, it's 10:30 pm to 7am every night.  I'm intending to have a livestream for people who want help tonight, about 5 or 6 pm, be sure to check in.  I will end the stream about 9-9:30, so I can leave for work, so there IS a scheduled end time.  And it should be up and running by 6 pm EST, so if you want help with a character, or to ask questions about the games and sessions, I'll be running a stream then.

Okay, quick update for those still interested

I'm going to be using tags to help people involved keep track.

I'l be using dadgames for general status updates, each group will get a tag that I'll make with the group, and I'll make a page for groups, a world map once I get it made, and some other things including approved supplements for more advanced players.  I'm going to try and make this a bit easier to keep together.

I'm thinking of having groups have a sort of 'liaison' that will more or less be the person I tell things to, who will then tell the rest of their group, to ensure they get the news, incase they're not on tumblr often.

And I'm going to cave and say now I'd like some help with different mediums such as planning, drawing, and general moderation of things such as player placement and continuity for the campaign between different sessions. I shouldn't need to many people, and people who want to plan or draw would get credit, and if they wanted to play wouldn't work on things that are in their own sessions, just to keep spoilers to a minimum.

Now lets see if we can get this back up and get it rolling full speed.
