It had been months since Jaehyun decided to come out of being mute thanks to the other. It was them that made him wanting to talk again. There were times when he still stuttered, but his speech had been improving. Also, his personality changed from being quiet and reserved to now being a person who smiled a lot more and was just more happy than he was before.           “no.” it’s the most stern and assertive ivy’s ever sounded, but she has to— especially if suah was just one sip away from death. she’s quick, pouring the liquid into the sink ( which she’s pissed about, considering her boss needed that like… yesterday ) and turning the tap on to rinse it out. “it— it’s nothing. definitely not alcohol, a-and not lemonade either.” leaving the bottle in the sink, she turns back to the fridge and pulls out the lemonade she referenced earlier. “this is what you’re looking for.”

          DAMN, okay. the look on the other’s face screams serious && suah isn’t going to probe around. ❛ you’re acting like i was about to drink poison or something. ❜ boy, oh boy. if only the model knew what REALLY was inside that bottle. ❛ awesome. how many cal---- ❜ she stopped herself before finishing the question. old habits die hard && suah has gotten quite used to calculating the nutritional facts of everything she eats, but that’s the least of her worries right now. she poured the drink into her cup. ❛ you wanna hang out tonight ?? i snuck out of the house && i don’t intend on going back until at least tomorrow. ❜

          every mob poison specialist keeps their concoctions in glass bottles in their refrigerator, right? probably not, considering the dangers of accidentally drinking one. but this hasn’t been a problem for ivy yet— mostly because she’s usually the only one piddling around her place. but she’d invited them in for a quick second, just long enough for her to run into her bedroom and collect the endless amount of dvds she has stashed on one of her shelves, telling them to make themselves comfortable and that there was lemonade in the fridge if they wanted it. it was so simple and innocent.

          but she comes back to a homemade lemonade in a glass bottle marked with a black sharpie x near the top, and she’s dropping everything in her arms to leap over all her furniture and snatch the bottle from their hands. the seal is broken, but there’s a chance they haven’t gotten a chance to drink it yet, right? right? “you haven’t— y-you didn’t drink this, did you?”

          she’s kind of USED to having big x’s marked on foods && drinks she can’t eat. it’s something her mother has been doing since many years ago, to prevent the girl from eating certain foods in the fridge during her diets. the elder woman always claimed that albeit cruel, it’s better to gain immunity to the food && develop the strength to NOT eat it instead of hiding it all completely. suah isn’t entirely sure if that worked to her benefit or not.

          the girl had stopped her right before she was about to pour the drink into a cup && drink it ALL. ❛ what---- no... ?? ❜ a frown graced her lips. ❛ is this some type of hard alcohol ?? moonshine ?? because if it is i’d like to drink ALL of it, && i promise not to tell anyone. ❜
