Testarossa's Velvet Carpet Set

Happy Saturday! First I'd like to say that I know it's been a while... as simmers, we sometimes encounter what I like to call "Sims Burnout." When you play nonstop for days, and then you don't touch the game for a bit.... sometimes months. 🥴 Anyways, this weekend I felt like playing, so here I am with some plush carpet!

I made these a while ago, but decided to make a couple extra colors before sharing. We have Powder Pink, Teal, Powder Blue, Mauve, Beige, Brown, Sculpted (I still have no idea what this design is called), and Navy Blue. Obviously, very vintage. However, in some ways making a comeback. (Says the person with mauve carpet in his house.)

I realize they have a weird stripe pattern going on, but honestly, if your sims have a lot of furniture in their home, it's hardly noticeable. I don't know if there's a photoshop trick to stop that, if you know of one by all means edit it to your liking.

Testarossa Vintage Bedding

Tonight I have some vintage 70s-80s bedding for adults and/or kids. I figured it was something needed in my little 80s simworld, and wanted to share it with my fellow 80s simmers. In order, we have: Bears, Cabbage Patch Kids, The Smurfs, Peanuts Gang/Charlie Brown, Quilted, Floral, Floral V2, Springtime Tulips, Pop of Pastel, and Brushstroke.

Testarossa 80s Art Prints

Happy Friday! Here's some random 80s artwork for your bougie sims lol. These are recolors of "Transcendence" by Joan Schnitzel. So no special pack is required, just base game! You also can mix and match the gold and black frames if you feel like it, maybe you want a black one instead of gold, and vice versa. That's all!

Retro Igloo Coolers, Thirsty?

I was CC shopping today and found this cooler made by Birgit43 on TSR. Instantly, Igloo's 80s/90s Cooler collection popped into my head. So you know I had to bring my idea to life! These are recolors of Birgit43's cooler. From right to left you have: White, Tearose, Purple, Watermelon, and Jade. Perfect for a cookout or a trip to Twikkii Island!

1980s Pastel Abstract portraits. This is my first time ever uploading anything, be nice! 😭

We're taking it back to 1985.

This is a default replacement of EA/Maxis' pizza box. I used chrisnjosh's mesh off MTS since SimPE wouldn't let me extract the box myself. So you shouldn’t need their mesh to use this. I'm new to this recoloring stuff, so I'm still working some things out!

I also recommend using @jacky93sims default pizza replacement with this, for an even better effect!

Around the Sims 4 | Cool (functional) drinks

“Sandy and her new obsession, chapter 3″. After the alcohols, after the hot drinks, here’s now my last chapter on it: cool drinks for Sims, that can be bought and drank by kids to elders, sitting or standing… This time, you’ll find smoothies (that make happy!), sodas (that make your Sims energized), water, beers, syrups… I think I’m now done with drinks for a while… ;)

Around the Sims 4 | More phones!

I was going for something fancier than for previous models, like with the famous lips phones (I so have a Sims household NEEDING this one! :D), but I soon felt the need for super boring and serious work phones too, so… here’s a mix. Plus wall phones. Honestly, my “inspiration folder” contains many more phones, so I might make more in the future, if you’re not totally fed up with them already! :D

Around the Sims 4  | More activities for toddlers

You know I work with “obsessions”. All of sudden, I’m kind of obsessed by a theme and everything I create has to do with it. Well, it seems I’m in a “toddler” period (expect soon an eco-friendly period because I should be pretty inspired by Sims 4 new expansion pack). It’s silly but the simple fact to have gotten rid of the toy accessory the toddlers were holding in their hands while they play gave me more freedom to imagine new activities.

Around the Sims 4 | Functional vending machines * Sneak-peek *

I’m so proud of this! *lol* When a Patreon requested functional vending machines, I first thought I would never be able to do that, but yes, I did! Each one has its own menu, with lots of new snacks. :))))

Around the Sims 4 | Furniture for toddler meals *sneak-peak*

Now that ours toddlers have new drinks and meals, here’s new seats and new tables!

A cute tiny chalkboard table with school-like mini-chairs, the Mini Chair is now REALLY a mini chair, with a tray table, plus two chair boosters (well, even 3 as the cushion exists in EA size and 85% smaller). But warning, chair boosters aren’t completely a piece of cake to use. (Instructions and required files are provided though, don’t worry! ;))

It will be released  on Around the Sims 4 the 2nd of October. It’s available in early access for Patreons right now.

Around the Sims 4 | TV tray table, chair & armchair and other stuff…

New PC is finally home so I can finally launch the Sims 4 again, test my stuff and make previews! Yay!

You’ll find today:

- a grown-up version of the toddler TV tray table, that can be used by one Sim to eat a meal, as any regular dining chair - a Sims 4 armchair redone as dining chair, so it can be used with the TV table, the matching sofa redone as dining-booth (and with matching colors. I’ve always wondered why EA didn’t make the sofa and the armchair matching?!) - a grown-up version of the chalkboard table and school-like chair. I wanted to turn them into activity table, but still wanted something a bit different, so I made a collective activity table. It’s actually the chair that works as activity table; the table has a small footprint so it doesn’t prevent Sims from drawing (but it also means Sims can walk through it if there’s no chair to block their way) - the Eco-living activity table turned into regular desk and chair, with a dirty and clean options.

It will be released  on Around the Sims 4 the 23rd of October. It’s available in early access for Patreons right now.

Around the Sims 4 | Bree-KEA kitchen #1 - IKEA counters/islands/cabinets

Designing two kitchens, with different clutter but with a rather similar base (though a bit different too, just like when you choose the handles of your kitchen counters in a shop) is the idea behind the Bree-KEA kitchen, also to satisfy two teams of Patreons: the pro-Bree van der Kamp and the pro-IKEA! :) Today, I’ll start with IKEA counters (and islands and cabinets). Bree’s design will come after, then two different sets of clutter.

Around the Sims 4 | Advent Calendar | 6th of December

When I asked Patreons what they wanted as gift for the Advent calendar, the Switch was a recurrent answer, so here it is! FUNCTIONAL SWITCH! Not only ou’ll find a decorative game controller with  12 variations (Joy-Con colors, plus special editions like Spiderman,  Pokemon, Zelda….), but you’ll also get a game controller replacement, a  functional game console, and cherry on the cake, a Switch to play with.
