Stupid Valentine's Day >:(

I hate this day. It just hammers in the fact that I am unworthy of being loved. I've being used so many times, I'm sick of it. I'm sick of getting a knot in my stomach every time I even think about the word "love". I'm sick of wanting to shoot myself in the face every time I see a perfect couple holding hands and cuddling. I'm seeing a psychologist and not matter how hard I try I still can't believe in myself or believe that I'm anything but ugly. I'm tormented everyday by depressing thoughts. I just want to find that someone who will help me feel as if I am worth something. I'm sick of crying and being heartbroken all of the time. I just want to be happy. :'(
