I didn't realise how much I've changed over this past year or two until speaking to someone the other day who is currently struggling in a similar mental state I also used to be in. I'm so happy to be here and I can only send all my love and good vibes to those having a difficult time particularly over this Christmas period, you will make it, there's more to the world I promise x
