Mischief Wins The War
“I think I already have,” Frank breathed, looking him over before his gaze shifted to where a small group was gathering around a glass table. “Whae do you say we do a few lines, then head back to my place? Ex and drinks are still on me,” he assured, leading him over to the table.
When he and Gerard went out, this was more than normal, but it was rare for Frank to let down his guard like this without him. Sure, he always liked getting fucked up, but getting fucked up together meant you had someone to fall back on and this was just a little different. There weren’t many people that trusted Sage Hedgeford.
When it was his turn, Frank took the rolled up bill Mason, another student, handed him, and he did three lines in one shot before handing it over to Sage and sniffing lightly to knock off any excess powder. Offering a grin he shook his head.
“Holy shit… that’s smooth as fuck.”
Frank was a guy that Sage wasn’t trying to exactly boyfriend up because (really) he wasn’t the ‘nester’ type, which was fine and he respected that. Unless the opportunity did come up he would be on board, but for now, they were getting the chance to party together for a change and it was kinda nice. He often was curious about the kind of relationship he and Gerard had, but it seemed to work and it was an interesting topic to attempt to figure out. But it was clear it was an onion in every sense of the word.
Taking the rolled-up bill from him he too took three lines because this stuff was seriously instantaneous nearly no cut, “Damn you aren’t kidding this is the stuff is like fucking silk.”
Giving Mason a nod, he noticed him giving Frank a longer than passing glance. That looked like an interesting story for another time. However, all he was concerned about was counting Frank’s tattoos later, “Well just say the word and I am ready to go. You and Ex? Shit, Frank, you are already contraband but I guess doubling down is fun.”
