A throwback to 2011 when I was an apprentice at the FWM for four months in high school.

This is a six yard repeat of a fabric print that I put into repeat that was transferred onto a huge silkscreen. Then, printed onto six yards of fabric in repeat.

I went back to The Fabric Workshop a few weeks ago with my Textile Design class. It was weird being there again because it has been so long but it was great being in such a creative environment again. This apprenticeship was what started by interest in textiles even though I didn’t realize it.

I would recommend visiting there, its a really amazing place.
