This is Taija, a young, vibrant and beautiful makeup artist working at Sephora, just like I did when I was around her age. Sephora shot her for their latest campaign and her face is plastered on window displays everywhere. What an amazing opportunity! 😍 I dropped into her store this weekend to show her love.

We need to support our youth and young adults. We need to celebrate them and love them, even when they make mistakes. We need to give encouragement every chance we get because all of this can make the difference in their lives and what path they choose to head for.
