1️⃣ Let them draw or write it out
Give them a notebook and say:
“Let’s put all the worries here.”
• Scribble, color, or express freely
(No correcting. No fixing. Just letting it out.)
2️⃣ Then… flip the page ✨
• What was your favorite part of today?
• What do you wish would happen tomorrow?
• What feels good in your heart right now?
They can draw or write again 💛
3️⃣ Close the notebook = release
This signals to their body:
“I don’t have to hold onto this anymore.”
Children don’t naturally know how to process heavy emotions…
but they do know how to release when we guide them.
