If the speculation is true that they only killed Beth off to persue C@ryl soon, I wouldn’t be surprised. Or pissed.

I’d laugh my ass off.

Because it goes to show how much of a threat Beth was.

It was a fucking mistake and disservice to her character.

But it just proves that TPTB truly lack the intestinal fortitude to write a realistic and fully developed character, and would rather kill her off to spare some backlash for the sake of a damn ship.
