Daniel: Thanks for the food! It was absolutely delicious!
Romeo: Mon is the best cook in the world!
Romeo: Well, unlike you two, I have to go to work tomorrow. So, I’m going to hit the hay.
Romeo just smiles at her.
Romeo (to Daniel): Before I forget, we have some exercise machines in the attic, if you are interested.
Daniel: So, what do you do?
Daniel: Oh, so do you have paintings at the art museum?
HER: I’m not up there yet, just a few paintings for little businesses, but I hope one day I get to show my art to the world.
Daniel: If your painting is as good as your cooking, I’m sure your dream will come true.
Daniel: What does Romeo do?
HER: He’s in the acting career. But I wish he wouldn’t.
HER: Not everyone can be successful in the entertainment career. I don’t want him to feel crushed when he doesn’t make it.
Daniel: I believe that you learn from failures, so in a way this might be a good thing for him. And there’s also the chance that he might succeed, and if that does happen. We might live in the life of luxury and glamour. How awesome would that be?
HER: I guess. But Romeo is so fragile, I don’t want him to get hurt.
Daniel: I’m sure he will be fine... Now that I think about it. I don’t even know your name.
Daniel: Monica, that’s such a pretty name.
Monica: Thank you. So, Daniel. Is there anything you want to know about us?
Daniel: Well, I did notice that Romeo had a bite mark on his neck. Is he a....
Monica: Vampire? Yes, but don’t worry he has no interest in human blood. As weird as it sounds, he is a vegetarian.
Daniel: A vegetarian vampire, I would have never thought of that.
Monica: So, that documentary of yours never told you about vegetarian vampires?
Monica: See? You can never trust them.
Daniel: You are right, that’s why I came in person. I think that’s the best way to learn.
Monica: I totally agree with you. Media wants excitement because that’s what sells and they will go to great length to make that happen.
Daniel: So, Romeo’s a vegetarian vampire... What about you?
Daniel: A witch! So, do you have a wand and a flying broom?
Monica: Maybe some other time. *YAWN* I’m getting tired. We also need to work on your room tomorrow.
Daniel: You are right. Good night.
Monica: Good night. Don’t let the bedbugs bite.
