Hm my advice? If they are fine with Radqueers then you could bring up the topics of you possibly being trans programmed and then go further with asking them to try programming tips such as Alpha Beta Omega Zeta so on and so forth there is many types, figure out if they are a trans programmer as well and then figure out which programming type you want
If they are not fine with the ideologies I would recommend asking if you are able to do that type of stuff with others
