I've finished updating the masterlist on my other blog @doulyeah and also changed the links on the fics themselves directly !

Mason x Detective
Trappers and suits (Mason in a suit and the detective have to attend a fancy event for a case. When the loud crowd becomes too much for him to deal with, the detective is found having to sooth the grey eyed vampire.)
Snow and kisses (After a big day at the station, the detective is surprised to meet Mason out of the station. However, his presence may not be the only surprise on this cold evening.)
Dawn reading (After staying at the warehouse to work on a case with Unit Bravo, the detective decides to join Mason on the roof before going to the station.)
Adam Du Mortain x Detective
Did you mean it ? (An unknown supernatural seems to be after the detective, which may or may not lead to an accidental confession from a certain vampire.)
Snowballs and shivers (Unit Bravo surprises the detective by joining in a patrol, and Agent Du Mortain shows that his heart might not be as cold as the snow Felix is obviously enjoying.)
Forest confession (The detective and Adam argued. The green eyed vampire is sent to apologize, and ends up admitting something not so surprising.)

Book (The detective is reading. Felix doesn't find it entertaining enough.)

Kissing in the rain (The reader is supposed to meet up with Unit Bravo after a quick patrol around Wayhaven. Things don't go as planned, but it's not exactly a bad thing either.)

in light of the new tumblr update i just want to remind everyone of the tumblr tag replacer! if you use tags like “mine” and “my stuff” for your original content this could be really useful so you don’t have to retag a bunch of posts by hand

A lot of times, writers worry about transitional scenes in their stories. And it is important to know how characters move from place to place, or how time passes. But a lot of that can be just be written into the necessary scenes (the ones that advance the plot and the characters), rendering transitional scenes to just be sort of… filler. My advice is to try to make your story more fast paced and concise by cutting as many scenes as you can where characters are just “moving” through either time or space. Instead, trust the reader to understand how we got here through the context of what is already written.
