if you had the option to switch abilities with one other group member for the day. who would you choose and why?

“ooohhh! this would be so much fun! honestly, i’d love to be able to switch powers with soojin and make STARS. or– or yeonghui because they can control colors and i just think that would be really cool. or even sol because he can grow cute little plants and make teas with them. it's the best. i honestly don’t know which one i would pick.”

what's the fondest memory you have of being in the group so far?

“i’ve only been here for a little bit, and the first week was pretty TERRIBLE!! but i guess meeting everyone and getting to know them because i love them all now. also getting to see bokyung and boa again was amazing! i’m excited to make more memories with everyone.”

it had been an interesting first few weeks with the new group ---- and not exactly how miri had intended her acclimation to go once she had been given the okay to join. there had been a plan. or at least a general idea of what she had to  DO  once she got comfortable around everyone. the scientists had definitely not been apart of it and had been more of an annoyance than anything  (  a brief flash of wide eyes and strangled dying gasps from an innocent life passes through her memory but she quells it to go away, ignoring the heaviness that lays in her chest.  )   AN ANNOYANCE. the mix of emotions simmers beneath her skin as she airily makes her way down one of the hallways of miss nelson’s house, fingers gliding down the wall as she goes, face fallen stoically as she ignores the abhorrent thoughts creeping into the back her mind, pushing them away with a brief surge of frustration. turning the corner and heading down the stairs, a small hop to her step as she goes, miri comes to a STOP just a few steps away from the bottom when a familiar face finally comes into view -- and immediately the mask goes up, cute smile quirking up onto the corner of her lips, a happy sound humming from the back of her throat as she greets them with a wave, “hey there!” her voice is light and friendly, arms coming up to drape across the banister and using it to support her easy weight, “i’m looking for someone to hang out with! can i hang out with you?” the question is asked rather innocently, head quirking to the side as she eyes them hopefully.

she is brand spankin’ new to the group :’)) was out seeking safety and came across the group and just about begged emerson to let her stay and so,,, here she is

her peculiarity is dragon physiology, and lemme tell you this girl is fucked

miri and the dragon entity within her are both one but also??? separate thinking individuals. she has her mind and they have their own mind even though they are sharing?? the same head. 

they are also how she has her powers

which are currently semi-immortality, hypnosis, omnilingualism, flight, and naturally enhanced body conditions!!! which i’ll have an actual page w more in-depth explanations on her later when it’s not late and i’m not almost dead

she has some issues?? with control over herself

she is constantly fighting against the dragon entity within her. it is a constant power struggle. they are completely merged. dragon has just as much power over her body as she naturally does!!! and the dragon entity is constantly trying to come out and take over

sometimes miri loses, and the dragon entity comes out!! but seeing as her body is “human” and can only endure so much, the dragon can’t actually become a DRAGON. she would probably die. so she just??? looks the same essentially besides the influx of power

BUT the way to know if it’s miri or the dragon is their attitudes tbh

miri is generally v sweet and happy and open with people,, as well as a little naive?? and the dragon entity is crude and blunt and a little ruthless as well as not afraid to use their powers on someone if they piss them off

miri doesn’t talk about??? the dragon entity though so to most she just comes off as having a borderline personality disorder. or “mood swings” if someone wants to be an ass

but other than that she is??? here for the ride
