Blog Guidelines

This blog has really gotten attention which I am so grateful for! But I do feel like I should set down some boundaries. 

Asks:

If you send an ask I will automatically assume it’s for Spencer unless you specify. I am always open for general asks to Spencer but please speak to me before starting an RP thread. 

What I will not write:

NSFW content- this is a sfw blog. Nsfw asks will be deleted. I do have a nsfw blog but that is 18+ only. 

Sexual Assault- even if it’s just mentioned, I am just. Really uncomfortable with writing about that.

Mental Health- this is a trickier one, there’s alot of gray area which I am okay with, and it can depend on the day. But please speak to me before throwing anything to do with mental illness into a thread. 

General

Please message me before trying to start a thread. I am not always accepting new ones, and I would really like an idea of what you’re looking for before starting one

If I don’t answer your thread, even if I’m answering others, it may well be that I will get to it soon but I have inspiration for different threads at different times. Tagging me and repeatedly sending me threads is really overwhelming for me so please be patient.

If I ever post something that is uncomfortable to you, please tell me! If it’s just general, I can always tag it. And if it’s in a thread I can change it. I really just want open communication.

"Well, late 1400s." Spencer says into the phone almost apologetically as he pulls onto her street. "1480s. But it's all still fascinating."

He gets out and hangs up the phone as he sees her waiting.

It didn't add up. Spencer flipped through the files again, reviewing the facts that were already etched in his mind. Different MOs, no solid signature, but this many of their arrested UnSubs in this short a period of time? The odds were astronomically low.

And no one was investigating. Spencer slipped the file lower on his desk as another agent walked by. The whole situation was strange, illogical, and Dr. Spencer Reid didn't like illogical. It bothered him, needling at the edge of his mind until he had had to take action if only to quiet it. But research had done nothing to quiet his worries. Finally, he made a decision. He put the file back into the box and walked over to Hotch's office, knocking on the door.

"I don't think I could ever get used to you." Spencer says honestly. Every time Aaron tells him he loves him, it's a new thrill, it's simply amazing.

He chuckles lowly, putting a waffle on the plate beside him. "You will, sweetheart. I'll love you for the rest of our lives."

Spencer smiles, giving him another soft kiss before pulling away.

"Good, because you know I'm not going to stop loving you. Ever."

I'm on my way home now. Everything alright?

"It's not fine. What that woman did was not fine." He says, his arms tightening protectively around them.

"Is there anything I can do to help? Do you really want to keep working there?"

Alex softly presses kisses to Spencer's jawline to calm him. They knew he hated hearing about something bad happening to them.

"Baby, I'm fine. My manager kicked her out. Apparently he can do that. I don't think there's anything you can do. I like my job and I want to keep working there."

Spencer relaxes a little, but still, it frustrates him that there's nothing he can do.

"I know. I'm sorry. I just want you to be treated as well as you deserve, love."

"You don't have to keep saying you're sorry. It's okay. Really. You treat me well and that's all that matters to me."

."It's not okay." He mutters but forces himself to calm down for them. "I just want to treat you as you deserve, love."

"I don't know." Spencer sat back to think for a moment. "I don't really eat breakfast, I'm happy with whatever you'd like."

He rolls his eyes playfully, "Well, we'll have remedy that, won't we?" But he sets to work, pulling out a waffle iron and mix, setting to work at making breakfast.

Spencer plays with Benny another moment, letting the excited dog have his fun before coming up behind Aaron, sliding his arms around him and pressing a soft kiss to the back of his neck as he cooks.

"Smells good. I think I might get used to breakfast."

She leans into his touch for a moment, his palm warm against her cheek. She dips her head down to kiss him, holding herself up with her forearm beside his head.

He kisses her and it's perfect, she's so perfect on top of him here, he can't help grinding up a little as he holds her close.

She smiles against his lips, running her hands through his hair and tugging gently, "Looks like someone's needy, hm?" she teases

He bites back a light whine as she pulls, a light flush rising to his face.

"Maybe a little." He admits, running his hands down to her hips. Trying not to show exactly how much he needs her.

"Yes, let's go. I'd hate to upset Benny." Spencer follows behind as they go downstairs, looking at the house, all the details he hadn't seen last night. Benny runs up to them as they come downstairs, startling him but he's smiling as he kneels down to give him attention, apologizing for keeping Aaron late. There's something just so endearing about the dog, even with Spencer's normal aversion.
