There are books that leave you sad; leave you confused: broken or hopeful, maybe? 🌱 All The Bright Places is one of those books. First introduced by ate @_dianemontecer to me, a year or two years ago. 🌱 The first time I read it it immediately reeled me in, and then broke me and then somehow cheered me (not trying to be dramatic, but it was ‘hook, line, and sinker’) but I fell for Theodore Finch, I fell hard, man! 😭😆 🌱 The first time reading it I was left feeling sad and confused, in pain, and in love with everything T. Finch left. but I had to read it again and somehow I felt and understood the struggle of someone suffering with mental illness. Last for today. I learned that in life, we have two options in responding to situations: positively or the opposite. Falling in love with Bath was very easy! 😍 These were some of the reasons why falling in love with the city was instant, apart from it being a UNESCO World Heritage: . • Being founded by the Romans for its natural thermal spas, the city has preserved the Roman Baths— The Temple of Sulis Minerva was one chilling exciting sight. . • The architecture in and around the city is aesthetically amazing. Every structure is built with limestone and kept in the Georgian style. Being in Bath feels as if stepping into a time portal of both Roman and Georgian era. . • River Anon is such a beauty! . It was a feast for the eyes! History buff or not, Bath is a quaint city to love! ♥️🇬🇧 (at Bath, Somerset)

Palacio -- I recently learned that a movie adaptation of Wonder will be released this year (this month?!). This excites me a lot because Auggie's world needs to be shared. Kindness (and hugs) need to be shared! 🤗 I love R.J. Palacio for meeting a child, so special, who opened her mind to write and wonder beautifully!
