Saturday workshop recap~ It has taken ten years but this by far has been the best workshop yet! My oldest son was mentoring with the youth in Nigeria(our partners from the very start in 2007) and we had the fabulous Lady Alma grace us with her wisdom and beautiful voice. Met Osaze, he is an activist and artist who has rocked with us for over 4 years. He was also apart of the film with Sundance! We are so grateful to have him share his brilliance and compassion. Be on the lookout for works from this change maker;)

So our Spring cycle ran right into the summer and summer is quickly slipping away! I wanted to take a moment and thank the beautiful artist, Devon, for being with us for 2 years. Growing in his artistry and advocacy. He is a content creator to look out for!

#PHLAFF2017 was a blast! We enjoyed providing the workshops, having one of our student's film showcased and participating in the youth lead panel discussion!
