Sena needed a day to regroup and spend some time to herself, something she didn’t allow herself often. She hadn’t even bothered opening the shop for the day, people would manage with it being closed one day. She hadn’t been sleeping, the nightmares plaguing her more strongly lately as it came up on the anniversary of their deaths. She needed peace, and while she hadn’t been sure where she would go, she found herself at the Coves. It was as good a place as any, spreading out a blanket where she could sit down. It was peaceful, a place where she could just close her eyes and listen to the waves against the rocks and let her thoughts go. While her thoughts were inward, she still didn’t miss the sound of someone coming up behind her and she opened her eyes, though she didn’t turn around. “There’s a lot of empty beach you could walk along.” She offered, not really wanting to be disturbed. “Unless you came to talk to me specifically?”

Walking along the beach had become something of a habit for Dylan ever since he left Le Chateau for his life as an escort. It was a freedom like he had never felt before being able to simply walk along the sand and look out to the vast body of water as it lapped against the coastline. He had been doing his usual route when he walked past someone seated there and was about to make his way past her when she spoke.
“Oh, I was just passing,” he said when he looked at her and actually recognised her. Dylan had made just one other order and pick up for his client ever since their first meeting in the Tides of Fate. “Didn’t think I’d see you out here. I thought you lived amongst your herbs and remedies,” the wolf said with a teasing smile as he wondered if she would recognise him.
