follow the sun☼ so grateful for our first reiki lesson today - now my boyfriend and I, we are certified reiki (level 1) healer. any symptoms anybody? Let’s put some universal energy into it. ✺ REIKI is made of two words: Rei which means “higher power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is actually spiritual guided life force energy. It treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit.
