Moon Lovers:SHR fanfiction recs (for people who can’t get over it)

When one has not gotten over a fandom, one searches for fanfiction. That’s the case with Moon Lovers, which I have had trouble letting go of since its very frustrating ending last year. My huge thanks to the works on archiveofourown.org who have kept the fire going (and given us hope for our beloved So x Soo who weren’t granted their “happily ever after”/21st century EB in the drama.) The ones below are my favorites. Most of them are still works in progress, so if, like me, you’re still in/are new to the SHR pit (welcome!), please check them out and give the authors some love.

Escape from the Palace Book 2 - Modern times epilogue of book 1. 

Don’t Ever Let Me Go Again - Modern times epilogue. Just ended, but there will be a part 2 so yey! :D Also, this story has one of my favorite takes on Yo. 

Epilogue: I Will Find You - Modern times epilogue. Also has a really cool Yo. (I love when Yo is being redeemed in fanfiction. I think he had the potential to be a good brother if not for their mother. Nature vs. nurture after all.)

Old Souls - Modern times epilogue. Love the angst in this one.

If I was CL i’d be pissed to. Why put out a mediocre solo (not particularity Jennie’s fault.) when CL has been waiting years to push something SHE wrote out.
