tips for studying

set realistic goals: don’t make yourself do too much

give yourself rewards

have at least one day of rest

exercise is actually useful and helps you focus

organise your notes

bullet points are your friends

use games and hobbies to learn if you want

try to avoid the internet when studying

do your homework

don’t pull all nighters (unless you have to)

study for the exam at least two weeks beforehand

eat brainfood (blueberries, peanut butter, ect.)

stay calm

figure out what you need to study and focus on that
