I'm finally back out and about with my beautiful new Canon 6d - popped down to the Bathing Pools today to see the damage after these intense storms we've been having and they've definitely been battered.

I can feel the beginnings of a new project surrounding the history of these beautiful pools perhaps this Summer.

Merry Christmas to me!

I've decided that now I've graduated I need a better camera if I'm to actually continue either doing Photography as a hobby whilst working full time or as a part time job.

Thanks to the lovely billieraephoto I am going to buy myself the Canon 6D on Wednesday to start a new year and new projects, too excited!

Tried out the new vscocam app on my iPhone on a trip to Kew Gardens with my parents on Friday, so impressed by it! After editing you can export to Instagram which is what I chose to do and the variety of filters is much more complementing on the image. Possibly my favourite place in London now!

Thursday night saw the preview night of the London leg of Show 2013! At The Candid Arts Trust, 5 Torrens Street in Angel, Islington we all set up with ease on the Thursday and opened the same night. Here's a few pictures from the set up, opening evening and me with my work again! Had lots of lovely comments from visitors and plenty of postcards and business cards have been taken which is a good sign! If you have the time we'd love to see you at Candid and we're open until Tuesday evening at 7pm!

For the past few weeks I've been shooting down Southsea seafront starting on my seascapes project, having been brought up on an island and an Aquarian I have a real connection with water and wanted to explore the sea through various project ideas I have going on in my head! 

Here's just a few I'm going to be taking the style from and continuing back in Guernsey over the Summer months.
