please, don't harm yourself. problems that are big right now will seem smaller once you overcome them! just make a list of things you need to take care of that are within your ability and when you can do them to get to where you need to be! break it down into small steps so it feels more manageable! i know this hill is a tall one but once you make it over the top, it's gonna be smooth sailing from there! people love you .. please, keep yourself safe. i can come off anon if you want to talk!
aa thank you anon.. i vented to my boyfriend last night and he gave me some reassurance too and i think everything’s probably gonna be okay, eventually! i absolutely love your advice about breaking everything down into small steps so that everything feels more manageable because i’ve never done that before but i have always felt better when i have been able to organize things so that life doesn’t feel so hectic.. so i think that’s a good idea i will definitely try it! and you’re right — this hill is very high and hard to climb but i think i’m able to do it.. i can’t thank you enough anon, this was genuinely one of the sweetest things anyone has said to me in a while. i would really like someone to talk to in a more private setting if you’re ok with coming off of anon but if you’re not that’s okay, thank you for reaching out to me <3
