I just wanted to thank you for posting, sharing your amazing illustrations and sketches and giving advices. As a beginner artist, you mean a lot to me(artistically talking) and it sounds a little cringey bug I'm not leaning on your something, just wanted to thanks. Anyway, I wanted to ask you, what shaold I do to thank you or anything???

Wow, thanks. I’m actually still a learner too, so it’s pretty wild to me that I can inspire anyone. This blog is basically just a backup for my random doodles haha. Still I really appreciate you guys for looking at my stuff seriously and cheering me on.

your art style is so gorgeous and the way you draw people in such a stylised way whilst also capturing their likeness is really cool. do you possibly have any inspo or tips on how you stylise people's faces?

Thank you! I’m actually surprised you find them so similar to the subjects. For me, it’s less about analyzing structural or proportional likeness and more about redesigning them based on the energy and personality I feel from that person. In that sense, I consider my drawings to be almost like OCs.

In my personal process, it’s quite difficult to capture someone’s likeness without first having a clear direction of who that person is, rather than just what they look like.
