Even though Sylvia had never heard the name before, she didnโt need to think twice to know whom Wylla was referring to. It wasnโt the name of the Team Rocket executive sheโd nearly murdered years ago, and the only other person sheโd come close to killing was Rivorโs trainer. Rivorโsโฆ and Wyllaโs trainer.
Not that that tidbit of information changed much. She could tell the Sableye was trying to rile her up further, to either make her go through with it or back down โ either way, it would prove whatever point she was trying to make.
With a huff, she decided she wasnโt going to play that game and give her the satisfactionโฆ and so she did something else. She reeled herself in.
The purplish aura of her Shadow Claw faded, but her fist remained clenched, ready to deliver a punch to Wyllaโs face should she give her the slightest reason to. The attack she threatened her with was now a far less lethal one.
โBut donโt think I wonโt hurt you. Maybe Iโll shatter one of your eyes while Iโm at it. You clearly donโt know the first fucking thing about me or Rivor.โ
Sure, she could kill her right here and now โ the temptation was strong even to her rational mind โ but would that solve anything? A glance over her shoulder, back in the direction of her and Rivorโs home, gave her an idea. It was a way to kill two birds with one stone, so to speak, and do so much more effectively than if she were to try doing either on her own.
โThis is whatโs going to happen.โ Her voice had lowered to a growl, still dripping with violent intent. โIโm going to take you to Rivor. Youโre going to tell him everything. Tell him the shit you put him through wasnโt all in his head. Talk this out like the grown Pokรฉmon you are and I might let you go. But if you try pulling any stuntsโฆโ
Her grip on Wyllaโs throat tightened, if just for a moment.
โWe can pick this back up right where we left off. Understand?โ
For the time being, Wylla was forced to calm down under the grip of one irate Zoroark. She had already come to terms with the fact that she was not getting out. At least not without some major set-backs.
The threat of shattering her eye would momentarily made her hiss. As unfavorable of a fate that wouldโve been, she didnโt seem fazed outside of further rage. After all, her life from the point of which her trainer was practically broken in half was purely centered around getting revenge on the Sandslash who had carried it out with Sylviaโs aid.
Thus, when the plan was laid out for them to break bread, Wylla was swiftly back to fighting against the clutch that kept her pinned.
ย ย ย โย Nnhh .. NO !ย ย โ
The miniscule claws of the imp clutched tightly into the thick fur on Sylviaโs arm, pushing upward in a fruitless attempt to break free. It seemed she still had someย value in her life, as she did not actually attempt any direct attack.
Despite this, sheโd violently protest the idea in a fit of screaming rage.
ย ย ย โย I refuse to grovel to that perverted craven !!ย
ย ย ย ย ย Blind me if you have to ! I. Will. NOT.ย ย โ
It was safe to say that she was moments away from accepting a fate much worse than what had been proposed. Her actions already made way for an incoming attack..
