When was the last time you let the monsters back into your head?” “Ever since I remember” she said, “they were always there. I was the monster inside my own head.

I’m gonna be my own best friend.
You don’t know what true love feels like until someone rips your heart out and is left to die
I miss you so much - (hatin)
I am not the first person you loved. You are not the first person I looked at with a mouthful of forevers. We have both known loss like the sharp edges of a knife. We have both lived with lips more scar tissue than skin. Our love came unannounced in the middle of the night. Our love came when we’d given up on asking love to come. I think that has to be part of its miracle. This is how we heal. I will kiss you like forgiveness. You will hold me like I’m hope. Our arms will bandage and we will press promises between us like flowers in a book. I will write sonnets to the salt of sweat on your skin. I will write novels to the scar of your nose. I will write a dictionary of all the words I have used trying to describe the way it feels to have finally, finally found you. And I will not be afraid of your scars. I know sometimes it’s still hard to let me see you in all your cracked perfection, but please know: whether it’s the days you burn more brilliant than the sun or the nights you collapse into my lap your body broken into a thousand questions, you are the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen. I will love you when you are a still day. I will love you when you are a hurricane.

When they say you don't do anything in the house and everyone is working and going school. I really do think they forget that I work part time, I've done my GCSE, A levels and now I'm going to uni. Every morning I wake up: shower, dress, feed and take their children to school while they are sleeping. The house is cleaned because of me. So I don't do anything? Yeah I really haven't done anything.
I opened my notebook and picked up my pen, thinking about you and wanting to write something. I wanted to write about my hurt and the agony you caused. I wanted to write about the consequences of you breaking my heart but I’m not sure where to begin. Not sure how to word it. Thinking about what to write long and hard, I must have fallen asleep or something. I don’t recall writing anything, but when I woke up and looked at the page it said …I wish I never met you…
… and the more hurt she gets, the more venomous she grows.

Push yourself. Don’t Settle. Just live well. Just LIVE.

How is it you have the right to destroy my life, but I’m not allowed a say in yours?

We do not remember days, we remember moments.

I have noticed that if you look carefully at people’s eyes the first five seconds they look at you, the truth of their feelings will shine through for just an instant before it flickers away.
