My Homemade Granola Recipe =)
Dry Ingredients
Organic Old-fashioned Rolled Oats 2 CUPS
Organic Raw Almond 1 CUP
Organic Raw Pepitas (Pumpkin Seed) 1/4 CUP
Organic Raw Sunflower Seed 1/4 CUP
Organic Unsweetened Coconut Shredded 4 TBSP
Wet Ingredients
Organic Raw Almond Butter 1/3 CUP
Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil 3 TBSP
Organic Maple Syrup 1/3 CUP
Vanilla Extract 1 TSP
Organic Chia Seeds 2 TBSP
Organic Ground Flax 2 TBSP
Dried Fruits if Preferred
Add your favorite flavor is optional
Instructions
1. Preheat oven at 375F. Then Lay dry ingredients on baking sheet.
2. Toasted for 10 mins
3. While we're waiting for something good. Let's prepare the wet ingredients.
4. Dissolve coconut oil and mix with Almond Butter. Add some sweetener and flavor in. Gently Stir then add seeds. Stir it again!
5. The Toasted grains and nuts are ready. We don't want it burnt. We just want the fragrance!
6. Slowly mix dry ingredients in. Gently mix together after you make sure it's all wet. Then it's time to pad it on another baking sheet.
7. Reduce the heat to 350F and Bake for another 10-12 mins. Make sure you keep an eye on it. If you smell something burn. That's mean something wasn't right.
8. Let it cool down before cut or crumble it and store it in airtight containers. I would say it's good for 2 weeks in room temperature store. and enjoy ;) x!
