It's so hot when a feedee says they're going to slow down after reaching their goal weight, but is genuinely struggling to control themselves. Forget losing weight, it's an impossible task for you to simply maintain the size you're already at now. You've realized it's not a game, that this is your life now and you've genuinely become fat. Your constant overeating, day in and day out, has made you addicted to food, an actual glutton. You can't turn it off, can't go back to your old ways and shed all this weight quickly like you'd intended. You're trapped in this cycle now, of stuffing yourself until you can barely move. You can't go a day eating normal sized portions. The number on the scale keeps going up and up even though you're not trying to gain weight anymore. For the first time, you're fighting to keep your weight down and it's a losing battle.

i just looked it up i should be eating at least 3000 calories a day, my portions are definitely gonna get bigger lol thank you

Definitely try and increase your portion sizes when you can

Try and fill your growing belly every time you have a main meal, and soon enough you'll find yourself being able to eat more without getting too full

And feel free to treat yourself to a few beers or sodas at the end of the day or week, all those quixn extra calories will definitely help you grow bigger, softer and jigglier

im just getting into gaining any advice?

The best way to get started , would be to find out yout BMR, the amount of calories you need a day to maintain your weight

And then have a think about how fast you want to gain

If you figure out your BMR, and then add 500 calories to that, theoretically you'll gain 1lb a week

And when you're planning on gaining. Don't focus on eating purely junk food. Like yes junk food can be extremely fattening. But its not always the cheapest

The best way is to meal plan/prep. You can usually bulk buy ingredients from some shops , and you can make that food stretch and last longer, and still make huge portions of food to help you grow

I'm not saying don't have junk good either. But have it sparingly as too much junk food isn't good for your health despite being good for your growing belly

Sign up to as many delivery apps as you can, getting discounts to encourage you to order even more food. Indulge in all of it. Never say no. Keep your bloated belly stretching out further and further. Whenever someone offers you food, always tell them you can eat. Even when you're struggling to waddle around don't slow down. Just keep eating. Keep indulging and enjoying and growing fatter and fatter. Give in to your gluttony. Keep eating sweetie. Eat for me.
