Rouvy returns
I am pleased to reveal that I am back virtually training on the Rouvy platform after testing out MyWhoosh. I am sure it’s brilliant, and many people enjoy it, but it wasn’t for me. After saving for some new hardware, I am now back up and running with my favourite platform and will be reporting on the Giro Challenge shortly.

In this varied series, stage 3 was the best of the lot. After a route through key Flemish towns which took in neither of their big climbs, this one had more to keep you entertained.
