When his daughter disappears one morning, with only a cryptic note left on her bed, Erik has to seek the help of a man familiar with the old stories—a man he'd never planned to speak to again—and venture into a land of fairytale in order to save her.

Ahhh this is just so beautiful!  @0akdown‘s art is just amazing. Sneak peek of chapter three: Toynbee rushed out and wrapped his arms around Erik's waist, pushing his clammy face against Erik's chest. Erik embraced the boy gently, ruffling his hair.

"How is it?"

"This place is great, Mistah Erik! An' Mistah Hank says he thinks he can teach me tah read an' stuff. An' I like it here, they're all..."

When Erik wakes up in a spaceship bound for a planet outside the solar system - alone, hungover and very much at a loss what to do next - he certainly doesn't expect to make friends with the quirky on-board AI. And what he's even less prepared for is said friendship slowly blossoming into more.

Charles and Erik have always known they want to provide children with the loving home that was absent through their own childhoods. They get a chance with the troubled Summers boys, but with everyone carrying their own pain, forming a family won’t be easy.
