Pokemon research journal #001
It recently came to my attention that people outside of my home region of Eeto do not know much about our local Fauna. So I, as a pokemon professor, have decided to publish my research on this blog, so that the whole world may see their beauty!
Today I’m starting with one of the most common pokemon here up north: The Hoodkit line! You can find them almost everywhere here in the snowy peaks of eeto. They are a bit skittish at first but once they warm up to you they are incredibly friendly.
Hoodkit are small Ice/normal type pokemon who are most known for the fur-hoods on their heads! They are easy pokemon to start out with, as they are both smart and loyal.
A few years back They became extremely popular after an incident a few years ago where one snuggled up and kept warm a baby that had been abandoned for an entire night before alerting humans in the morning. The two became inseparable and the girl grew up to be a pokemon trainer known for her powerful Rakheow.
And that leads us right to its evolved form: Rakheow! These large pokemon are known for being incredibly proud fellas! With their large muscular bodies, they can run up to 45 KMH, even while carrying a person on their back!
Their proud nature has lead to a pretty nasty reputation of them being stubborn, unloving and untrainable, though that could not be further from the truth! In my personal, and many others, opinions once a Rakheow fully trusts you it is one of the most loyal pokemon there can be. How else would Rakheow sleds be such a widespread mode of transportation up north?
My personal favorite fact about it though, is that scientists are unsure how and why Rakheows coat evolved the way it did. The leading theory, however, is that it’s due to its long history living alongside humans.
Thank you for joining me today! If you want to find out more about the Pokemon native to the eeto region, follow this blog!
