Miss Universe-Portugal 2019 Welcome Dinner in the US

Sylvie Da Costa Silva, Miss Universe =Portugal 2019, was welcomed in the USA a month before the Finals of the 2019 Miss Universe Pageant to be hald in Atlanta, Georgia on December 8, 2019.

Sylvie is here in the US  early to train further for the Miss Universe Pageanr. She was beyond happy when she saw the Portuguese Community gather to welcome and honor her, The Welcome Party was held in Newark, New Jersey at the Sports Club Portugues. The Sports Club Portugues is one of the most respected Portuguese-American Clubs in the USA.

David Neves, franchise holder of the Miss Potuguesa-USA also announced that Miss Portuguesa-USA will be chosen next year and will have the opportunity to represent the Portuguese Community of the USA at the prestigious Miss Portuguesa pageant in July, The Miss Portuguesa Pageant sends their winners to the Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International, Miss Supranational and Miss Grand International pageants.

Carbo-Loading Event for Pinoy Runners at 2019 NYC Marathon

Hundreds of Filipino Runners from across the world attended the Carbo-loading event hald at the Philippine Consulate last November 1, 2019.

The event was organized by the Philippine Consulate General in New York in partnership wiyh the Philippine Department of Tourism- New York. Fil-Am Triathlon Club,JCI Philippines-NY and Balut Patrol. Generous sponsors of the event were GMA Pinoy TV, Pinoy Runners, International Women Artists, Papa’s Kitchen and many more.

Mexican Beauty Is Miss Globe 2019

Alejanda Diaz De Leon Soler of Mexico was crowned Miss Globe 2019 in Ulcinj, Montenegro last October 21, 2019.

Hosted by Arjola Shehu and Sabrija Vulic, the Miss Globe 2019 coronation night took place at the Holiday Villages Montenegro in Ulcinj and was broadcast live on RTCG Portal, RTK, MTV and RTSH Radio Televizioni Shqiptar. It featured performances by Daniel Dann, Bella Meri and Fıratcan Dalmış.

Runnesr-up were Carla Jean Lares of Trinidad and Tobago. Leren Bautista of the Philippines. Shauna Griffiths of Canada and Kristýna Malírová of Czech Republic were the respective first and fourth runners-up.

Patricia Ancheta of the United States, Daria Bessmertnaya of Russia, Irini Ligori of Greece, Rossella Pavoncelli of Italy, Martina Bozinovic of Montenegro, Irina Ursuletu of Romania, Evnet Kaur of India, Musina Guzel of Tatarstan, Eriona Sejdiu of Kosovo and Nicole Benavente of Venezuela finished in the Top 15.
