So, you think that asking me for drugs is the best option, instead of-- I don’t know, maybe letting me run some tests to figure out what exactly is wrong?” he supports his chin on his arm, openly staring at Tomura as though he expected nothing and yet felt let down, “Boy, I honestly wonder how have you even survived this long.”

“  do i even want to ask who you are ?  ”  and it seemed his attitude followed the latter.

— “Oh, you don’t need to give this old man much thought.” Dalma ties an elastic around Mustard’s arm with practiced easiness, looking for a vein with a idle hum before pushing the needle in, “I’m little more than just Shigaraki’s family physician.”

How blind can you be?!” Dalma claps the armrest of his chair a couple times, as if Dabi had just told him the best joke ever, “It’s not on that boy’s nature to forgive easily, without mattering how much time you give him! Besides, are you listening to yourself? You did exactly what he asked you not to do, you just went and crushed his trust as though it was nothing! And for what, a few laughs?” he raises an eyebrow, as if asking him if it was worth it, “And yet you believe he’s the one in the wrong here, that he’s exaggerating. Ah, child... I’m gonna guess this is your first serious relationship, isn’t it? It clearly shows. Continue like this, and it will be little more than a pleasant memory. Might as well already be, too...”

— “...Yes, within three days from now.” his expressions says everything, he’s more than disappointed on Dabi’s unawareness. Well, what else could one expect from an addict?, “I don’t think he truly expects you to get him anything, but you should, of course. I’m sure he’d appreciate it.”

— “If Shigaraki didn’t tell you about his plans he must’ve had a good reason for it, the boy doesn’t owe you anything. If there really was something important he needed to take care of, then he would’ve done it before starting the procedure. There’s not such a thing like breaks for him now; come back within four months.”

“Huh.” In a way everything that happened seemed awfully meaningless to Dabi if he could get a new eye so easily. “I’ll take a transplant but make sure the eye has the same colour.” He didn’t want to look like him after all…

“I don’t care when we do it today. Probably shouldn’t go back for a while anyway, not ‘till the boss has cooled off.” The true question was how long that would take. Dabi trusted that Shigaraki was capable of keeping a grudge for centuries. He’d have to gauge later just how hard he was screwed…

— “We can do it today and will take some says before you can leave, although I don’t think you have any need of waiting. If you’re expecting an outburst then you will be quite disappointed.” He most likely was already cooled off, and to an extreme. Dalma couldn’t help but to wonder how would Dabi treat with Shigaraki now, he almost wished he could see it, because this surely didn’t have an easy fix- or, fix whatsoever.

It was just how he was… a nuisance for sure, but one who knew his stuff. “Literally nothing aside from the mirror thing?” Shigaraki parroted with a grimace. “No medication- that isn’t a placebo or sugar pill?” He didn’t trust him not to pull that shit.

— “If you behave like a spoiled brat, then you get treated like one.” Kurogiri sure had babied him too long, the bad habits still needed to wear off, “And I already told you, this is not something I- nor any other Doctor can fix. The issue is purely mental.” He taps at his own temple as though to signal where the root of the problem is, “A mirror, or a therapist; take your pick.”
