キイテナイゼ SORRY (I didn't hear you say sorry). This was an interesting find. An IPA brewed with #bonito #鰹節 . The real #umami beer. It was nice. Not as hoppy as a west coast IPA. Clean, crisp finish, like a lot of Japanese beers.
