x ♫ - AL NIENTE; Was it naivety? Or was it simply willing to take such a risk? Granted, a threat would not have been kind enough to offer a target with such a huge disadvantage any direction as to where they were, but how could this Pokemon come to the decision to trust him so easily? Friendly trills only served to further confuse Aries, a small part of him seeming envious of the childlike nature it still very much retained, even while in the midst of such a world. An invitation ought to be given a response, but first– it seemed to be polite to give this Pokemon a way to properly identify him. The trust given had yet to be reciprocated entirely, but… there did not seem to be any harm in at the very least, letting it know of his identity in some way.
Rustlings of grass would be followed by the sensation of what seemed to be furs from a tail brushing against the Deino’s legs, before a soft whine emerged from the Eevee. An attempt of sorts to show his reluctance in joining the other in playing, seeing that his priority was to watch over Leah lest there were some sort of danger. That being, not taking into account the potential danger, though unlikely, that Pokemon before him could turn to be, that was. Several soft barks could be heard, this time sounding much more inquisitive than before– he was curious if the other was accompanying a human as well, much like himself. It seemed plausible, considering this particular Pokemon did not seem as aggressive as the usual wild Pokemon they had encountered.
The dragon jumped a bit in surprise from the sudden sensation, but quickly recognized that this was her “something.” She understood pretty quickly his reluctance, causing her to chirp back: she was fine with that. Maybe the other creature just wasn’t in the mood. She wasn’t about to be too forceful yet--”something” wasn’t Robin, after all. Robin knew of and dealt with her more stubborn behavior, but “something” didn’t. And she wanted to avoid a fight.
And then there was a series of noises from the other creature, inquiring if she had a human. She understood, and gave a positive chirp to confirm that, yes, she had a human companion. The only problem was she didn’t know where he was at the moment--something she communicated with a few more chirps. Still, she could always follow her scent back where she came, and he would likely be there.
