A Hard Pill to Swallow!!!

Today I realized that I need to start listening to people when they talk and not cut them off when they are speaking and that people have started not to care about anything I have to say basically they don’t pay any attention to what I have to say. So as of Today Nov 15th 2020 I will no longer go out of my way to strike up conversations with people and That I will wait until someone says something to me before responding and that response will be a short answer/response to whatever they said to me.

Healthy Life Style Changes

Yesterday, I decided that weighing 262lbs and feeling rundown & tired all the time was not good for my health. Plus eating wrong and snacking all the time wasn't healthy either for me. So as I embark on this journey of a new life style that I started this morning by first having a cup of coffee without any sugar (the creamer I will faze a out next week) with a Nature Valley Original Granola bar. I also went to Planet Fitness to workout . I had a Fruit Smoothie for lunch. A bowl of soup and half Sandwich for dinner and now I am enjoying another cup of coffee without sugar and a Granola Bar for my evening snack. I plan on keeping you all updated on my progress each week .. Here's looking to a Healthier Me!!

Yesterday Friends End of Summer Cookout Bash!

Yesterday My Wife and I Went to our friends house for their end of summer cookout bash. We had fun hanging out with our BFFs. We drank and had a lot of laughs until midnight. I haven't drank that much in a long long time. But I felt fine today. Looking forward to the upcoming Ravens 2016 football season and hanging out with our BFFs watching the games and have a good time.

Been sometime

Not much to say here except I visited my mom and dad today. I enjoyed the conversation we had and talking about things in the past .. Always good to reminisce about the past. The Coffee was Strong and Hot!! Today was a good day.

Today's Completions

I see I forgot to list one more of my projects /task to be completed before Nov1st.

The task was to Power wash the Vinyl Fence. Today I started out my morning sipping two cups of coffee and eating a BT (Bacon & Tomato) sandwich on toast.I cut and trimmed the grass. When I was completely done cutting and trimming the grass. I decide that it is a real nice cool but not too hot of a day. I decided to power wash the Vinyl fence today. One of my Task is now complete. Tomorrow's Task that I would like to tackle is to clean and organize the laundry room area up.I also need to do the every week task of cleaning the all rooms in the house.Well until I post again may your cup always be Full of Piping Hot Coffee.

Summer 2010 Is almost Over....

Well as I sit here and I think about how fast the Hot Summer has went by. I wonder if We will have a normal cool fall and if The leaves on the trees will have bright vibrant colors this year.I need to get things done around here before Old Man Winter starts howling up his fridge cold weather.Jack Frost starts nipping at your nose and Suzy Snowflake starts falling.I will post each time I finish my projects that I hope to be done with by beginning of November.The list of Projects are as follows.

1. Organize My Computer room

2. Sand spackle on living ceiling down and paint it.

3. Scrape old paint of of attic window outside and paint it.

4. Caulk outside frame of basement Door and paint trim around it.

5. Poly Bar Stools.

6. Organize stuff in attic.

7.  Prepare and Clean up Vegetable garden,Flower Beds and yard for Winter.

9. Clean out and Organize Sheds.

10.Paint interior doors.

I have a lot to get done so I will keep you all posted. I hope to accomplish most of the list before the leaves stat to fall.

New Years Day Dinner

Yesterday we had a New Years Day Dinner at our house for my Family.Mom and Dad enjoyed having the whole family together for such an event.everyone enjoyed themselves. Renie [my wife] made one of her signature dishes Baked Ziti that everyone raved about how delicious it was.All in all the day went great.I'm glad that everyone enjoyed the food and commoradate since this could potentionly be my Mom's last New Years Day to spend with us all. Since she has been diagnosed with breast cancer. I am  enjoy what times we share with her for whatever time she may have left.I pray that she will be here for many more years to come, But one never knows what the future has in store for each of us. I have decide to put this into the Lords hands and I will handle whatever happens to the best of my ability.
