Um hi. Sorry for the bother, but I saw a post that said if people were curious about what was going on with the Ib Drama now, we should go to you for details. Can I ask about the snevvly-evellyn person or however it's spelled and their partaking in sending the gore/porn?

alright. i hope it’s fine if i published this message so that others can see it.

okay well… snevvly-evelynn was one of our group members from the very beginning. she was also the quietest and nicest (so honestly i’m still shocked). two or three days ago, i found the email that Evelynn used to send porn (the gmail one) and naturally, i informed everyone in the chat. the next day, Evelynn took that email and basically impersonated officialguertena by logging out of their account and going into all of our submission boxes to send us porn. it’s actually very easy to frame someone because all you have to do is put in a name and an email.

the reason why we assumed it was Dead at first is because well, it said his username and the exact email i found. also when we went to block him, his url appeared in our blocked users list. (later i found out that the email Evelynn used was the REAL email Dead had for his blog, which is why it appeared in the blocked users list)

the Mississauga, Canada ip addresses we found stalking our blogs were not proxies. they were the real deal. and the operating systems i found attached to those ips on my statcounter were windows 8.1 and the iPad. i’m sorry, but i don’t think Dead really has the money for both of those if he’s a freelance graphic designer and (probably) living by himself. like, MY windows 8.1 desktop cost me almost $900!!!!!!!!! also, Dead uses a windows 7 computer. if he really had 8.1, i think he would’ve ditched the 7.

not only that… but peura was looking at their blog’s statcounter as well as hadley’s and rok’s and… the ip had been stalking their blogs for a pretty long time after sending them all sexual asks. coincidentally, the ip was idle during the same time Evelynn claimed to be walking up a tall flight of stairs. Evelynn was also on mobile, just like the ip address. 

even fishier than that, there were a LOT of anons we all got about Evelynn when we got sent the porn. i don’t think Dead or any of his friends really know that Evelynn was with us tbh. after Rok defended them, Evelynn’s speech patterns changed in our chat too. they’re normally quiet but then they became THE LIFE OF THE PARTY all of a sudden………. also also ALSO Evelynn didn’t seem to care we were all freaking the heck out!!! and AS SOON AS I SAID IN THE CHAT “lmao i opened my submit” I WAS SENT PORN LIKE, A FEW MINUTES LATER. OHHHHHHH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!! then i was all like “good thing Dead doesn’t know i have (phobia) lmao”…. guess what kind of submissions i fucking got in my inbox. submissions of my own fucking phobia.

small details aside though, EVERYTHING POINTED TO EVELYNN AND JUST THEM. NOT DEAD. NOT EVEN A SMALL CONNECTION WITH DEAD. JUST THEM. they said they did all of that to “end the drama quickly because it was dragging on too long” but i STILL can’t see why that would be a good enough reason to TRIGGER PEOPLE WHO TRUSTED YOU…………… fUCK YOU MAN!!! THIS IS WHY YOU GOT KICKED OUT SO FAST OH MY GOD

BLEH I FEEL LIKE I’M GONNA REGRET THIS TO HELL BUT DAMN IT TOOK ME LIKE FIVE TRIES TO SOUND SORTA DECENT.

I just really wanted to like, voice act genie’s boss banter cause i really liked it hnnnnn. i always imagined them to be rather soft spoken (ironically for a gun i know) and rather calm when speaking, but i’m afraid i may of done it too quiet now eeeeehhh

i tried to add the music that plays to it as well, just to give it a bit more heart/to also drown out the little background noises of me shuffling while recording. took a bit of editing to not make it overpowering though

I’m not going to go to the brink and start hating something I adored because one fucker poisoned the water. I’ll find a clean source.

He may have made me sick to the point I’ve actually thrown up and cried seeing him on my damn dash, to the point that I had an IED episode because he just can’t let shit die, but I still love this god damn game.

Ib is such a simple creation that’s done so much to me. It introduced me to my all time favorite character in Garry, who in turned help me discover more about myself due to him being canonly non-binary. It painted a world of such interest even with such little lore, one that the mind can expand with infinite possibilities.

It made me excited to think of headcanons, to think of before or after events of the story. The art is, for the most part, so damn gorgeous it makes me gawk. And it introduced me to so many other games within this weird little genre I’ve come to love. .flow, OFF, The Crooked Man, Middens... and so many I’ve yet to play that looks so cool.

I’m not just gonna give up something that gave me a lot of happiness because a wasp nest formed in the cluster. It may have stung me, harmed me, make me end up running away and try to just forget. But I’m back with fucking pesticide and I’m claiming back my happiness.

I probably won’t post much “original” pics for a bit (AKA, pictures I’ve personally asked permission for and made a post of,) but I certainly will try to look for some Art by OPs or other pictures the other RPG Maker blogs have gotten permission for. I’ll gradually continue to delete the old pics we posted in the past we didn’t get permission for, and ask for permission if I like it enough and no one else has done that yet.

Hell, I might ever do back the idea I had at first, to link to some featured artwork from artists that either haven’t responded to my request for permission or say no to outright posting. That way they still get the views and potential favs/bookmarks.

But the blog won’t die yet. Might be heavily focused on a few games for a bit since they’re the only ones I have much interest in now a days, but gradually I hope to bring it back to its spice of variety like it once was.

To all who’ve stuck around even when shit in the fandoms got downright toxic, I hope I can get this back on track to being a nice blog featuring some lovely works. To all the new ones that came while everything was on fire, well uh... godspeed.

Sorry, let me use your post to justify my decision: I tried to create a drama free environment, but the drama seeped in anyway. And now someone used a picture that was posted on a friendly, post a selfie thread in the forum in a callout/doxxing post here on tumblr, and I couldn’t let the forum be used for that. I realized that in an attempt to create a relaxed environment, many users revealed their faces, voices, skypes and even locations, and since evil-intended users may use that info, better to delete it all.  It was fun while it lasted, I got to meet many cool people, fans and devs alike, and hopefully I helped people get in touch with new teamembers.  I hope someday we can all be chill and enjoy this simple engine and games without any soap operas. Probably going to make it so it gets a lot less notes than usual, but I really just want to distance myself from the current popular tag as it stands. If it ever improves, maybe then I’d go back to it.
