Courtney adds the words, "I'm sorry" before ending it with the "rest in peace" part. Very similar to the version from the MTV Unplugged set.
After the song Courtney Love talks about how she and Kurt wrote Pennyroyal Tea together and introduces the next song "Closing Time", another song they wrote together.
