Secondly: While I am not 100% sure, (judging from his Twitter and Instagram) I believe Jack is currently dating the gorgeous model Emma Appleton. I hope this helps!

Got some linseed oil and tried another oil painting. There’s a lot I still wish looked better, but the downfall of everything I do is getting frustrated after the fifth time trying to work colors to get depth and finally deciding it’s gonna just be crap and that’s it, haha.

Anyway, this is based on a photo of actor Jack Roth showing off his grimy makeup for the role of Orlick in the BBC mini-series version of ‘Great Expectations’ (which is on Netflix instant, btw, and I recommend watching—if only for his role and Gillian Anderson’s, plus the nice, dark cinematography in general). I dunno what other people practice painting, but I apparently go straight for rotting teeth and syphilis. Hooray!
