A few more ideas I came up with for that Detroit: Become Human AU

That was fast, me. 

Patton just, innocently brings Deceit home, and Virgil starts to greet Patton, only to see Deceit. Virgil, because of the whole deviant hunting thing, would’ve been hiding as a normal android, so he still has his LED and android uniform. So the LED would’ve turned red and Virgil just like...immediately starts hissing at Deceit because this stranger is a potential threat.

These two don’t exactly get along. But they also don’t really go at each others throats. Meanwhile, Patton’s in the background, likely knowing what’s going on but still trying to get these two to be friends.

Roman would probably try to research how to open his own theater on the side and try not to get caught or so frustrated he loses it there and then. 

Whenever Roman has his theater up and running, most likely doing everything himself, that would be where everyone meets. Logan would’ve went on a field trip, while Patton’s owner and, presumably, Virgil and Deceit, go because the owner wanted to go with everyone.

I can’t get the idea of Virgil acting like he’s Deceit’s android out of my head, cause like... Deceit is the one interested in being human, Virgil’s just trying not to get caught, and it would probably look suspicious if Patton’s owner had another helper, albeit as a mental health helper. They could always say Virgil was a gift, which could explain why he wasn’t customized to Deceit.

Detroit: Become Human AU

Ok, I’ve no idea if anyone else has done this or not, so for all I know I’m late, but the idea came and while I would like to do something with it, my track record with fan creation...isn’t the best.

If anyone else wanted to use it, go ahead! Just tag me so I can see! Or, since tumblr is wonky af right now, just IM me the thing, I won’t get mad.

The few, random ideas are under the cut.

Logan’s model: Mostly used as a teacher. Might sometimes also be used to talk issues out with or even investigate local/owner issues.

Roman’s model: Theater android, mostly going over rehearsals and making sure every bit of production is of high quality, usually perfect standers. 

Patton’s model: Caretaker, kinda like Kara and her models. Mostly for young children, though can clean around the house.

Virgil’s model: Mental health model, usually personally made for the buyer. Probably slightly more expansive than other models because they are usually custom made for best results. 

Deceit’s model: An android lie detector, basically. Mostly used when trying to determine the truth and confessions from criminals. As such, they tend to use any means necessary, including lying themselves, to get one to talk.

Logan is the least likely to be a deviant, but also most likely to struggle between being a machine or being human. 

Roman, on the other hand, is very likely to be a deviant, most likely due to watching all the humans acting and being creative and longed to be creative himself.

Virgil is likely a deviant, though by choice or not is dependent on if anyone wanted a deviant Deceit who met Virgil and “woke him up”, so to speak. 

Virgil, being personalized to deal with anxiety, ended up having an anxiety attack himself when his owner harmed themself and Virgil tried to interfere, accidentally getting hurt in the process.

Patton can either be deviant or not. Probably won’t be unless converted. Probably would’ve met Virgil one day and just kinda...take him home, or at least to a safer place.

Deceit (personally I’d call him Ethil but for the sake of this I’m using Deceit) would be deviant, mostly out of fear of being scrapped, especially after Connor comes out and he’s considered obsolete. 

He would’ve ran and did all he could to appear human, even if it meant stealing or harming a human. The latter he’s never done on purpose, however. 

He’s most likely to have met Virgil and/or Patton first, which could go a variety of ways. Though he’d probably be confused with Patton, cause if Patton isn’t a deviant, then would “converting” him work, if Deceit wanted to try? Patton seems content enough, but Virgil would be different.

Actually, another idea I had while writing this: Android Virgil being a helper to a Human Patton. That could be fun, perhaps Patton would encourage Virgil to be different, and to not let anyone tell him who he was.

Hey there! First of all, your edits are awesome. That blue Virgil one you have as your cover image is really cool. The colour suits him so well. Second of all, your username is pretty darn clever! The play on anxiety and galaxies is so cute. I wish I would have come up with something like that rather than a name as simple as "virgil-has-a-houseplant". Now for your question: If the Sides were real, which one would you want to bump into the most and where would you like it to happen?

Sanders Sides Platonic Ship Week, Day 1: Moxiety

I...well, I’m joining. I...I hope it’s fine, being so short. Kinda doing this last minute, ha ha... Oh god...

I hope it’s good.

Word count: 193

Ship: Platonic Moxiety

Triggers: Nightmare, Fear of Abandonment, Ask to Tag

For several moments, Virgil tossed and turned in the bed, trying so hard to push the nightmare back. Of the other sides leaving him. Of Thomas not needing him. It was clear, anytime he showed up, that no one really liked him.

As Virgil shot up, he yelped. Shaky breaths escaped him as he tried to calm himself. Slowly, he glanced around the room he was in, expecting to see his shrouded in darkness.

But, it was bright. And, warm, and comforting. That’s…that’s right, he asked Patton if he could sleep here.

Speaking of Patton… “Kiddo?”

Virgil glanced over at Patton as he sat down, shifting the bed slightly. Virgil let out a small chuckle before he looked away, hoping he didn’t blush. “It’s-it’s nothing, Pat.”

Before he knew it, Virgil found himself in a tight hug, one hand stroking the back of his head. A few ‘shh’s came, before Patton said: “It’s ok. It’s ok, kiddo.”

Ah… Patton… Patton… Virgil returned the hug, albeit with slight hesitance. He really did make things seem ok. Like one of Virgil’s worse fears won’t happen. He was…he was safe, with Patton around.

He was safe.
