When is the best time of day to fly?

You should always book morning flights due to the increased volume of flight delays. If your flight has been affected, you have a better chance of getting rebooked on another flight.

CLEAR or PreCheck... which one should I have?

These are two different services and have two different purposes.

CLEAR - This service allows you to skip the general security line; however, you must still go through security. ($179 yearly)

PreCheck - This service Offers you an expedited screening experience. You will not be required to remove shoes, light jackets, and laptops from your bag. ($85 for 5 years)

If you must choose one, the choice should be PreCheck. Clear should be used as an enhancement.

I'm PreCheck but my child isn't. Can they go through the PreCheck line with me?

If your child is under 12, they can utilize the PreCheck line without purchasing the service if you have the service.

Does my breastmilk have to go through the X-Ray?

Breast milk and baby formula must be screened, but it's not mandatory to only go through the X-Ray. You can request the milk or/and formula be checked by hand.

I boarded the plane but we haven't taken off yet. It's been over 2 hours...

If you find yourself sitting on the tarmac for over 2 hours before departing, the airline must provide food & water to you.
