Bleach Thousand Year Blood War Anime: Rukia Kuchiki and Renji Abarai
Sandra Oh & Jodie Comer
Nah, that’s it. This photoshoot leaves me speechless.
(Oh, she was definitely worried)
What about a Namaari/Raya prompt with a jealous Namaari? Just imagine... before everything happened Benja had set Raya up in an arranged marriage with some girl/guy from another clan for the good of Heart but now after everything's happened the suitor shows up and assumes that they are still bound by the contract and are going to get married. Que in... Jealous Namaari...
Yes. YES. My mind just went 📈📈📈 thinking about this. THANK YOU!!!

Raya was reeling. "Okay, so wait, you didn't think to tell me I've been engaged since I was what did you say, ten?!"
Chief Benja gazed at his daughter with deep guilt. "It was supposed to be a unification."
"That doesn't change the fact that I've never met this man before! Or that I don't even like him!"
"Please understand, dewdrop. Give him a chance."
Raya huffed, storming out of the room. Of all the dates to pick a meeting with her supposed "betrothed," it had to have been the same day Namaari was visiting. They hadn't seen each other in months, both being busy with their respective duties, and it was driving Raya mad. So, as soon as Namaari arrived, Raya threw herself at the former and practically melted in her embrace.
"Something's wrong." Namaari stated, returning the hug.
Raya spoke somewhat muffled into Namaari's neck, sending chills down the latter's spine. "I'm engaged."
Namaari's fists wrapped themselves around Raya's shirt as her voice projected as somewhat leveled. "You're what?"
Raya released her friend from her hold and began pacing with her hands on top of her head. "I know, I know. Actually, no, I don't know. My Ba told me today, and apparently it was arranged eight years ago."
Namaari tightly crossed her arms, her body language betraying what she truly felt. "Okay, well, when do you meet this person?"
Raya's dread materialized as an expression written all over her face. "Today."
"Today?!" Namaari asked, attempting to conceal her desires. She took a deep breath and tried again: "What time exactly?"
"Right...now, apparently." Raya grimaced, sweeping her sight behind Namaari and landing on a gathering of white-gold cloaks huddled on the bridge. "Time to meet my doom."
As Raya retreated toward the bridge, Namaari brutally abused the wall beside her with the knuckled end of a forceful punch, then she followed downstream.
Benja stood attentive, welcoming the guests when ready. Raya, as disheveled as she was, took her place beside him and waited.
"Namaari," Raya said, "stand beside me? I'm not sure I can face this alone."
Namaari's consciousness bared down on the emotional concoction boiling inside of her and stood ajar to Raya.
As the cloaked individuals arrived, a man in the middle introduced each of them.
"This is Leo, the man you are promised to." An older advisor stated, waving his hands toward a handsome and...virile man.
"Thank you, Chief Benja, and Princess Raya," Leo bowed, "for this opportunity. I am Leo." He extended his hand.
Namaari mentally wished she could spit in it.
"I assure you, Leo, the pleasure is all ours." Benja assured, shaking the man's hand thoroughly.
"And who might this be?" Leo asked, sticking his eyes to Namaari, who in return was glaring daggers at him.
Namaari stuck out her hand, knowing the procedure. "Namaari. You can leave the princess bit out of mine."
"Surely, I must address you by your rightful title, Princess Namaari of Fang. Forgive me for not recognizing you sooner."
Namaari nodded her head, though she could feel Raya's eyes on her like a hawk watching it's prey.
The hours sluggishly passed by, and many of the participants insisted that Namaari's services were not needed, but every time they insisted, Raya, with one look, pleaded her to stay. The talks were incredibly dull; Leo was a hunter, he knew how to do a laundry list of tasks, and he was supposedly a gentleman - which definitely rubbed Namaari with the prickly side of the cactus. However, as soon as they were shown to their temporary dwellings, Raya deflated faster than a balloon.
"I hated every second of that." Raya admitted, throwing another rock into the river.
Namaari hummed in response, her legs dangling off of the edge of the bridge.
"I don't like him either." Raya threw her last rock and hopped beside Namaari. "You know, I saw the way you looked at him."
"What way would that be?" Namaari lowly asked.
"You were jealous."
...
...
...
"That's ridiculous."
"The eyes don't lie, princess." Raya bounced back to her feet, but was stopped by a hand gripping her collar, and...a pair of lips on her own.
"I was jealous." Namaari confirmed, whispering against Raya's lips. "I was jealous that he would get to do that, okay? I was jealous, Raya."
Raya was released from the iron-grip, but the shock from the kiss held her immobile and completely glued to the spot. "I never imagined," she cleared her throat, although her voice sounded normal, "I never imagined you as the jealous type."
"He's obnoxious."
Raya laughed. "He is. But..." she sat back down, tilting her head enough to rest it on Namaari's shoulder. "...We'll figure it out. Together."
"Together?"
"Yeah." Raya nodded, smiling. "Together."
