Drafting Essay Process
What does your writing process look like when you draft an essay?
When I start my essay draft, I tend to look up a template to use to write down my ideas if I'm struggling with the order of placing my ideas for the essay. I mostly got this process from my English teachers in middle school, since I'm not the greatest at writing. Also, my brain tends to think of ideas a the worst times, so it tends to be a jumbled mess if I just start writing, without anything to help.
Anyway, it goes smoother when you use a template because when you are done with it, you can add it to your paper. Then you can go back through and check any formatting mistakes and grammar mistakes.
Another tip when checking through your essay is to read it out loud. because you can hear if something does make sense or if your grammar is wrong. :)
