Battery City is the city is the center of the Zones. It is controlled by The Director of Better Living Industries (BLI), who wishes to eliminate flaws and things deemed "unclean" from the World. Measures used to do this include: murder, torture, abuse, and brainwashing. Citizens of Battery City are required to wear headphones to prevent them from thinking or imagining negative things. If you are caught without your headphones, you could be ghosted.
Better Living Industries (BLI) claims to give citizens of Battery City a relatively comfortable life with no stress, worries, or harmful emotions and will go to extreme measures to keep these things suppressed.
As a highly advanced society, humanoid androids are a normalcy in Battery City, and they are subject to the same regulations as human citizens, which are extremely strict and have dire consequences for even first time infractions. The androids of Battery City worship Destroya
The Lobby is an area that serves as the slums of Battery City. Whereas the cityscape of Battery City is very manicured, even down to the weather systems being controlled, the Lobby is rundown and shabby, filled with graffiti, trash and pornodroids. The Lobby is also home to a number of broken and/or damaged androids.
Dead Pegasus is a gasoline company in the Zones. Their employees wear blue work suits and monster masks.
Destroya has an unknown history to most persons in both the Zones and Battery City. Worshipped by the androids, Destroya is prophesized in the Graffiti Bible to free the androids from their servitude in Battery City. In actuality, Destroya was an abandoned BLI experiment that was "too large to manage."
Destroya is a giant android and exists in a state of major disrepair. The lower half of the androids body is missing, and Zoners (like The Girl) can hide in it's hollow head, gaining access through either of Destroya's eye sockets
The Nest is a community gathering place in the Zones. It has a television, various radios, video games, and junk food, though the small house does not always have electricity. The Ultra V's use the house as their home base, but other Killjoys and Zoners use it as well. It is located next to Destroya and is messy with pictures and drawings on the walls.
The Mailbox Shrine exists in the Zones as a shrine for the dead. It is an old fashioned postal mailbox that's been decorated in memorial graffiti by mourners. Letters placed inside may reach the dead. Masks placed inside let The Phoenix Witch guide the soul of the former wearer to the afterlife.
Killjoys Hideout. It's an old fashioned diner and Home Base for the Fabulous Four
Route Guano is a road that leads out of the Zones. BLI agents have a heavy presence there, Draculoids, Exterminators, and Scarecrows alike. It is known as The Getaway Mile
