It's time... for the Costume Contest Results!

First up, we have the Terrifically Tricky category!

This goes to the blog that we found the funniest!

@tsukiglitch - congrats! Your responses were incredibly adorable and charming! The surprise Cabanela response earned a good laugh from me! XD

Next we have the True Treats category!

This one is awarded to the blog who we felt was most dedicated to being in-character!

@mrbreezydancer - congrats! yeah cabanela would get banned from manning the front door that sounds about right lol. Also loved the response to the surprise rain event!

And now for the Ghostly Glamour category!

This one goes to the blog we were most impressed by in terms of visual aesthetic!

You both win on account of...um...being the only two blogs who entered! But that's great because it means you both get 2 prizes! Yay!!! Also, we just loved your wonderful art responses! <3

We had a total of 8 blogs sign up this year! I won't lie, I'm a little bummed out that we didn't surpass last year's house count, but it's still worth celebrating the fun times and wonderful blogs we had this year! 🎉💖

Expect costume contest results in a few days! After that, I'll post a feedback form like last year so you can help us improve for next time (if it runs again)!

Our fun little event is nearing its end! It'll be your last chance for costume contest related activities! When judging, we will not be taking into account any blog posts made after November 3rd, 12AM ET.

You are free to continue sending an answering trick or treats even after the event period passes, though! Follow your hearts! :)

(Helo i'm trying out this trick or treat thing for the first time because it sounds fun! So anyway send me some variation of trick or treat and I'll get you some variation of doodles of ghost trick! Anyway let's get in character! )

Well, Sissel wanted to do this but he unfortunately... cannot read, still...(he hate that he can't) So I'll be the one to read it to him out loud, thanks. Also a devil costume doesn't really suit him but he keep saying he's a little devil, so whatever makes Sissel happy I guess.

On the night of Halloween... something extraordinary happens! Everyone turned into... ghosts?! With tricks??? But how?!! Well... hopefully it clears up by sunrise!

Welcome to the other surprise event! It seems like people get to experience what its like to be a ghost with powers for one night! These are optional prompts for you to use when trick or treating, or responding to trick or treaters! Or maybe you just want to use this as an art/writing prompt challenge! Whatever you choose to do, have fun!! (You are allowed to continue using the first prompt if you wish!)

Cabanela here, trying to get a bite of that “Halloween Spirit” that my student is always chatterin’ on about... I’ve gone the fuuuull ten yards with this getup too, chosen by the funny little daughter of an old friend.
